Currently, Representative Democracy empowers politicians to make all decisions on our behalf.

Direct Democracy means to shift decision-making power from politicians to all citizens. In theory, Initiative and recall was legislated in BC in 1996, for that purpose. Unfortunately, the mechanism for public participation through “Initiative, Referendum, & Recall, are not practical or available.

Now Polling is a non-partisan, non-profit framework for an ongoing accounting of public opinion. Effectively, this is an ongoing referendum, the essence of direct democracy.

The system enables you, with your individual password, to publish your initiative on relevant political issues, so others can add their support for your initiative, or they can add their own choice

Now Polling lists topics, but gives no answers. It enables you to express, in a few words, your own answer or initiative about the topic. Additionally, you can review your account and change or Recall your vote when you change your mind, anytime.
